T4R does not currently provide user accounts or personal-information submission forms. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. Depending on the website's hosting and analytics configuration, the following technical or usage information may also be processed:

• Server and security logs: hosting or security providers may process information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Analytics data: if Google Analytics or a similar analytics service is enabled, that provider may collect information about visits and interactions, along with identifiers or cookie data depending on the service settings and consent choices.
• Browser preferences: laptop filters or selections may be handled locally in your browser. We do not currently intend to use them to identify you or maintain a T4R account profile.

Please do not email passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information. We cannot guarantee that email is a secure channel.

2. How we use information

We do not currently offer user accounts or use submitted profile information to personalise a T4R account.

Some T4R features may let you select a budget, study branch, laptop, or workload. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into these tools. Any selections processed only in your browser may remain on your device; this can change if the website later adds accounts, analytics, or server-side features. The actual implementation should be checked before this statement is relied on.

Depending on the live configuration, analytics providers such as Google Analytics and third-party affiliate destinations may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies. The providers involved depend on the services actually enabled on the live website.

Email enquiries may remain in our inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Hosting and analytics providers may retain logs or analytics data according to their settings and retention policies. We aim to use reasonable security measures appropriate to the website, but no website or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Review and configure provider retention settings where available.
